New, Handmade Red Stoneware Mug
This unique, modern style ceramic mug would be a great gift idea for the coffee or tea lover in your life! This mug holds approx. 16 ounces and its dimensions are 5“ across the handle x 4“ tall with a 3 1/2" diameter.
This is a handmade mug, wheel thrown with a light coloured clay. After drying till leather hard, the excess is trimmed off the bottom and a handle is added. It is then bisque fired in a kiln, glazed with multiple coats of different glazes and fired again to a high temperature to ensure your mug lasts you a long time!
As with all stoneware pottery, avoid thermal shock, caused by sudden temperature changes during heating and cooling.
